Motivation for Landry Disc Development

Mr. Kobayashi's professional background reveals that he had been actively engaged in equipment design and development for the petro-chemical and aluminum refinery industries. During this time Mr. Kobayashi developed a special interest, in the water and air pollution control systems that were required for heavy industry in Japan. Since the systems he had designed for industrial use worked efficiently he realized that the wastewater pollution control used by the average consumer was not being addressed. This stimulated him, to actively develop a product that would help reduce the wastewater pollution from laundry washing machines. (Home laundry washing units are the largest single water polluters that are deposited into the waste management facilities).

Mr. Kobayashi's research in the laundry water waste control area led him to develop the Activated Ceramic Laundry Discs, which are 100% free of pollutants. Each pellet actually has more than 20 different metals and minerals (all natural elements) that he put together in a (proprietary) formula to create the desired end results. The Activated Ceramic laundry Discs he developed cause the reduction of water surface tension and greatly increase its penetrating power of the water into cloth fibers without damaging them such as using harsh chemicals as conventional detergents do. The Activated Ceramic Laundry Discs he developed are non-chemical, non-toxic, non-allergenic and anti-bacterial, effectively killing many of the deadliest bacteria such as E.coli, Staphylococcus aureus, and Klabsiella pneumonia.

One set of (3 discs) used by the average family, will prevent a hundred or more pounds of chemical pollutants (from conventional laundry detergents), from being released into the environment. The other obvious advantage is that of the cost savings element, saving more than 50% of the cost over conventional laundry detergents.

Technical Information

EnviroDisc Anti-bacterial Activated Ceramic Laundry Discs provide the key, which unlocks water's cleansing properties by using a specialized form of activated ceramics and has there provided a new and revolutionary approach to laundering clothes. When clean water is added to the washing machine, only clean water - and the dirt from the clothes - is released. EnviroDiscs you can save money, be environmentally correct and reduce your exposure to chemicals - all at the same time.
EnviroDiscs use the following principle to maximize 'the cleansing power of water:

1.  The EnviroDiscs activated ceramics also emit "far infrared electromagnetic waves" which cause the water molecule cluster to disassociate, allowing the much smaller individual water molecules to penetrate into the innermost part of the fabric and remove dirt particles.

2.  When water contacts the activated ceramics, an abundance of OH ions are produced, reducing the surface tension of the Water and greatly increasing its penetrating power, ie; surface active action. Ordinary detergents make use of the same principle to wash fabrics, but they must do so by using harsh chemicals, which also damage cloth fibers EnviroDiscs are able to achieve the same effect with only water and does no damage to cloth fibers.

3.  Metallic elements, including copper and silver, in the activated ceramics, release electrons, which in turn produce ionized oxygen. This form oxygen is a totally natural cleanser, which breaks up dirt and organic compounds.

Comparison Tests

It is examined by a spectrophotometer (SM Color Computer made by Suga examination machine Co., Ltd.) to compare the differences between the detergent on the market and EnviroDisc for their effects against several stains on cloths, which are Worcester sauce, Wine, Soy sauce and Coffee.

There is almost no difference between the EnviroDisc and the Detergent.
